Dear Students,

The Freiberg Engineering Society G.E.O.S. is looking for a working student for IT support/IT administration to assist at their Halsbrücke location.

The scope of responsibilities would include:

  • Supporting the administration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure
  • Assisting with first-level support: receiving, processing, and documenting issues
  • Setting up, issuing, and maintaining hardware and software
  • Assigning and managing access rights and permissions
  • Installing, updating, and documenting software
  • Assisting with ongoing IT projects

This opportunity is primarily aimed at students majoring in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable field of study who are in their second semester or higher. They are looking for someone with an interest in IT administration, system management, and user support and offer €15/hour for a 20-hour workweek.
